This Privacy Policy is the Global Version and applies to all users who use the products or services of this App. For legal requirements specific to certain countries or regions, we provide a "Regional Addendum / Supplemental Terms" (if any). Where the Regional Addendum is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, the Regional Addendum shall prevail; for matters not covered therein, this Privacy Policy and Applicable Law shall govern.

Your applicable service region under the Terms of Service will primarily be determined by the country/region you select at registration. To ensure the correct assignment of the service region, we may reference device- or network-related information (for example, IP address, network environment data, and device locale settings) to assist in verification. If we detect any inconsistency with the registered region, we will send you a notice via in-app messaging or to the email address/phone number linked to your account, and we may ask you to confirm the information through our support team.

设备信息:包括设备标识符、应用信息(崩溃信息、通知开关状态、应用安装列表及其他应用相关信息)、设备与系统参数(设备类型/型号、操作系统及硬件信息)、网络环境信息(IP地址、Wi-Fi信息、基站信息、其他网络相关信息)、网络信息(BSSID);以产品实际采集为准。

儿童:指未达到其所在地法律对在线服务处理个人信息所要求的最低同意年龄的自然人;该年龄因法域而异,例如欧盟/EEA由各成员国在13-16周岁间设定、英国与美国为未满13周岁、中国大陆与韩国为未满14周岁、印度为未满18周岁,若当地规定更高或更严格标准的,从其规定

Personal Information / Personal Data: information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify a specific natural person on its own or in combination with other information, or that reflects the activities of a specific natural person, including without limitation name, date of birth, government-issued identification number, biometric identifiers, address, contact details, communications records and content, account credentials, financial information, credit/creditworthiness information, location data, accommodation/lodging information, health and physiological information, and transaction information.

Sensitive Personal Information: information that, if leaked, unlawfully provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, or is likely to result in reputational harm, mental/physical health damage, or discriminatory treatment, including without limitation government-issued identification numbers, biometric identifiers, bank account information, communications records and content, financial information, credit/creditworthiness information, precise location data, accommodation/lodging information, health and physiological information, transaction information, as well as personal information of children.

Processing of Personal Information: collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, public disclosure, deletion, and other operations.

Deletion / Erasure of Personal Information: removing personal information from routine/operational business systems so that it cannot be retrieved or accessed.

Anonymization: irreversible technical processing that renders the data subject unidentifiable or unrelatable, and the result cannot be restored.

De-identification / Pseudonymization: technical processing that prevents identification or association with a data subject without the use of additional information.

Data Subject: the natural person who is identified by or associated with the personal information.

Personal Information Controller / Processor: an organization or individual that determines the purposes and means of processing personal information is the Controller; a third party that performs processing activities under the Controller's written instructions is a Processor.

Device Information: includes device identifiers, application information (crash logs, notification toggle status, installed app list, and other app-related information), device and system parameters (device type/model, operating system and hardware information), network environment information (IP address, Wi-Fi information, cell tower/base station information, and other network-related information), and network identifiers (e.g., BSSID); subject to the actual data collected by the product.

Children: natural persons who have not reached the minimum age required under the laws of their location for the processing of personal information in connection with online services; the age varies by jurisdiction—for example, in the EU/EEA it is set by Member States between 13–16 years; in the UK and the United States it is under 13; in Mainland China and the Republic of Korea it is under 14; in India it is under 18. Where local law sets a higher or stricter standard, that standard applies.

3. 同意前查看条款:在您接受用户协议和本隐私政策之前,如果您点击查看相关条款,我们将在系统浏览器中打开它们,以避免任何第三方SDK在此阶段收集您的个人信息。

4. 微信分享集成:本应用集成微信分享;完成分享后返回本应用以显示分享状态时,可能需要重新启动应用。已安装本应用的设备中,您分享的链接可直接唤起应用以便快捷查看。

5. 自启动权限;推送与支付:本应用集成极光推送(JPush)。为便于您快速查看通知内容,我们可能通过通知唤起并打开应用展示对应内容。本应用集成微信支付;完成支付后返回应用显示支付状态时,可能需要重新启动应用。为确保您可及时接收平台用户发送的消息/留言等,我们可能请求您授权自启动权限,以避免应用被系统在后台过早结束。若您拒绝授权,该类功能将不可用,但不影响基本功能使用。我们将遵循各地区与平台(设备/操作系统)关于后台行为与权限提示的政策与规则。

1. Auto-start and Background Reception: To ensure that the App can continue receiving broadcast messages related to client installation package downloads while closed or running in the background, the App may use auto-start capabilities and, at certain intervals, be awakened via system broadcasts to auto-start or perform associated launches to deliver necessary features and services.

2. Network Change Listening and Update Experience: To avoid unnecessary data usage and provide an improved update experience, the App listens for network state changes and, together with its auto-start capability, promptly alerts you to install once an installation package has finished downloading.

3. Viewing Terms Prior to Consent: Before you accept the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, if you click to view the relevant terms, we will open them in the system browser to avoid any third-party SDK collecting your personal information at this stage.

4. WeChat Sharing Integration: The App integrates WeChat sharing. After completing a share, returning to the App to display the share status may require relaunching the App. On devices where the App is installed, links you share may deep-link to the App for quick viewing.

5. Auto-Start Permission; Push and Payments: The App integrates JPush for notifications. To help you quickly view notification content, we may wake and open the App via notifications to display the relevant content. The App integrates WeChat Pay; after completing a payment, returning to the App to display the payment status may require relaunching the App. To ensure you receive platform messages (e.g., messages/comments) in a timely manner, we may request your authorization for auto-start to avoid the App being terminated prematurely in the background by the system. If you decline authorization, these features will not be available, but basic functions remain unaffected. We will follow regional and platform (device/OS) policies and rules regarding background behavior and permission prompts.

剪贴板

当您在使用过程中进行复制/粘贴(如短信验证码、手机号、设备 SN 等)时,我们可能申请调用剪贴板权限并在本地读取所需文字信息;该信息仅在您的设备上处理,不持久化存储,亦不作其他用途

特别提示:

上述信息并非所有业务功能运行所必需,但有助于提升服务质量、研发新产品/服务。您可自主选择是否提供,拒绝不会对功能本身的可用性造成不利影响。

我们为您提供的各项具体功能场景包括:

1. 帮助您成为我们的用户

为完成创建账号,以便我们为您提供服务,您需提供包括您的手机号码在内的必要信息。注册时,您向我们提供注册所用的手机号码将用于接收短信验证码,我们将通过发送短信验证码来验证您的身份是否有效。注册成功后您可以修改补充您的昵称、性别、生日、头像、实名验证绑定以及您的支付宝账号、微信账号(用于账户提现)等相关信息,这些信息均属于您的"账户信息"。

2. 为您提供服务与满足需求

为了向您展示内容或服务,我们会收集和使用您在访问或使用本网站或客户端时的设备信息(包括设备标识符(IMEI、IDFA、Android ID、SIM卡信息ICCID、BSSID、IMSI及其他设备相关信息)、应用信息(应用崩溃信息、通知开关状态、应用安装列表及其他应用相关信息)、设备参数及系统信息(设备类型、设备型号、操作系统及硬件相关信息),设备网络环境信息(IP地址、WiFi信息、基站信息及其他网络相关信息(BSSID)))、服务日志信息(浏览记录、点击查看记录、搜索查询记录、收藏、关注分享信息、发布信息、以及IP地址、浏览器类型、电信运营商、使用语言、访问日期和时间)、您提交的基础信息(如昵称、性别、手机号),用来完善您的个人信息。

3.1 您向我们提供的信息

您在注册账户或使用我们的服务时,向我们提供的相关个人信息,例如微信基本信息(昵称、头像、性别)、电话号码等;此外,还包括您通过我们的服务向其他方提供的共享信息,以及您使用我们的服务时所储存的信息。请注意,若您需向本应用提供其他方的前述个人信息,您需确保您已经取得该方的授权同意。

当您使用我们的网站或客户端提供的产品或服务时,我们会自动收集您对我们服务的详细使用情况,作为有关网络日志保存。例如您的搜索查询内容、IP地址、浏览器的类型、电信运营商、使用的语言、访问日期和时间及您访问的网页记录等。

请注意:

单独的设备信息、日志信息等是无法识别特定自然人身份的信息。如果我们将这类非个人信息与其他信息结合用于识别特定自然人身份,或者将其与个人信息结合使用,则在结合使用期间,这类非个人信息将被视为个人信息,除取得您授权或法律法规另有规定外,我们会将该类个人信息做匿名化、去标识化处理。

5. 为您提供收藏、关注与分享功能

在您浏览我们网站或客户端的过程中,您可以选择对商品及/或服务进行收藏、通过我们提供的功能组件向其他第三方分享信息。在您使用上述功能的过程中,我们会收集包括您的收藏及获取优惠券信息的记录、分享历史在内的服务日志信息用于实现上述功能及其他我们明确告知的目的。

6. 征得授权同意的例外

根据相关法律法规规定,以下情形中收集您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意:

  1. 6.1与个人信息控制者履行法律法规规定的义务相关的;
  2. 6.2与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的;
  3. 6.3与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;
  4. 6.4与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的;
  5. 6.5出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人授权同意的;

  10. 6.10个人信息控制者为新闻单位,且其开展合法的新闻报道所必需的;
  11. 6.11个人信息控制者为学术研究机构,处理公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要,且其对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时,对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的。

如我们停止运营本应用产品或服务,我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动,将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您,对所持有的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

7. 客服与售后功能

当您与我们联系或提出售中售后、争议纠纷处理申请时,为了保障您的账户及系统安全,我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以核验您的会员身份。此时我们的客服和售后功能可能会使用您的账号信息和订单信息。

为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果,我们可能会保存您与我们的通信/通话记录及相关内容(包括账号信息、订单信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的其他信息,或您留下的联系方式信息),如果您针对具体订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议的,我们会使用您的账号信息和订单信息。

为了提供服务及改进服务质量的合理需要,我们还可能使用的您的其他信息,包括您与客服联系时您提供的相关信息,以及您参与问卷调查时提交的答复内容。

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes and in accordance with the rules described below when providing our products/services:

1) Information Necessary for Core Features: To deliver core features and services, certain information is required; refusal to provide such information may prevent normal use of core features.

2) Optional Information for Additional Features: For additional/optional features, you may choose whether to grant permissions; refusal will affect only that feature or its effectiveness and will not affect the use of basic functions.

Lawful Bases in Certain Jurisdictions (e.g., EEA/UK/Switzerland):

For each processing purpose, we will rely on an appropriate lawful basis under applicable law, such as your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

Location-Related Content/Services

With your authorization, we may use geolocation information related to the services (e.g., precise location, WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations, sensor information) to provide more tailored content or services. Precise location is Sensitive Personal Information; if you decline authorization, location accuracy may be affected, but other features will not be. Where authorization is not granted, we may display content/services based on city/district inferred from network information (e.g., IP). Optional features are disabled by default unless you enable them.

Device Sensors

During your use of the App, we may use direction/gravitation/gyroscope sensors to help detect genuine user activity; when you use capture/shooting features, we may use the accelerometer to determine the shooting angle.

Clipboard

When you copy/paste during use (e.g., SMS verification codes, phone numbers, device SN), we may request clipboard access and locally read the necessary text. Such information is processed on your device only, is not persistently stored, and is not used for other purposes.

Special Note:

The information above is not required for all business functions to operate, but it helps improve service quality and develop new products/services. You may choose whether to provide it; refusal will not adversely affect the availability of the functions themselves.

Specific Feature Scenarios We Provide

1. Helping You Become Our User

To create an account so that we can provide services, you need to provide necessary information including your mobile phone number. The phone number you provide at registration will be used to receive an SMS verification code, which we use to verify your identity. After registration, you can modify or supplement your nickname, gender, birthday, avatar, real-name verification bindings, and your Alipay or WeChat account (for withdrawals) and related information—collectively, your "Account Information."

2. Providing Services and Meeting Your Needs

To display content or services to you, we collect and use, when you visit or use our website or client, device information (including device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, SIM information ICCID, BSSID, IMSI and other device-related information), application information (crash information, notification toggle status, installed app list and other app-related information), device parameters and system information (device type/model, OS and hardware information), device network environment information (IP address, Wi-Fi information, base-station information and other network-related information (BSSID))), service log information (browsing records, click-through records, search queries, favorites, follows/shares, published content, as well as IP address, browser type, carrier, language used, access date and time), and basic information you submit (such as nickname, gender, phone number) to complete your profile.

3. Providing Goods or Services

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

When registering an account or using our services, you provide personal information such as WeChat basic information (nickname, avatar, gender) and phone number; this also includes information you share with others through our services and information you store while using our services. If you need to provide another person's personal information to the App, you must ensure you have that person's authorization/consent.

3.2 Information We Collect During Your Use of Services

To provide search results, understand product compatibility, and detect abnormal account status, we collect information about the services you use and how you use them and may associate such information. This includes:

3.2.1 Device Information:

To ensure the secure operation of the App and services, we collect your device model, app list (installed apps), device name, unique device identifiers, login IP address, product version, and mobile network information.

4. Security Safeguards for You

To ensure user identity authenticity and provide better security, you may need to provide identity documents (e.g., ID) to complete real-name verification. If you refuse, you may be unable to use account management or proceed with potentially risky transactions, but you can still browse and purchase goods.

5. Favorites, Follows, and Sharing

While browsing our website or client, you can favorite goods and/or services and share information to third parties via our components. During your use of these features, we collect service log information including your favorites and coupon-collection records and share history to deliver these features and for other purposes we expressly notify you of.

6. Exceptions to Consent

Under applicable laws and regulations, we may collect your personal information without obtaining your consent in the following cases:

  1. 6.1 As necessary for the personal information controller to perform statutory obligations;
  2. 6.2 Directly related to national security or national defense;
  3. 6.3 Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
  4. 6.4 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
  5. 6.5 To protect life, property, and other major lawful interests of the data subject or other individuals where it is difficult to obtain consent;
  6. 6.6 Where the personal information is disclosed to the public by the data subject;
  7. 6.7 As necessary to enter into or perform a contract at the data subject's request;
  8. 6.8 Where personal information is collected from lawful public sources, such as lawful news reports or government disclosures;

If we cease operating the App's products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation either individually or by announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.

1.4 Sharing with Authorized Partners: For the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, certain services may be jointly provided by us and authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with partners to deliver better customer service and user experience (e.g., arranging partners to provide services). 7. 账号注销

If you discover inaccuracies in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request rectification or supplementation. You may submit such requests using the methods described under "1. Access Your Personal Information."

3. Delete Your Personal Information

You may delete certain personal information via the methods described under "1. Access Your Personal Information."

4. Change the Scope of Your Consent

Each business function requires certain basic personal information to be completed (see Section I of this Privacy Policy). Beyond that, for additional collection and use of personal information, you may contact the App's customer service to grant or withdraw your consent.

Please note:

For certain types of personal information—such as information necessary to realize the App's basic functions or to comply with legal obligations—we may be unable to accommodate your request to change the scope of authorization. After you withdraw consent, we will cease processing the corresponding personal information; however, your withdrawal will not affect prior processing carried out based on your authorization/consent.

5. Restricting Automated Decision-Making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely through non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly affect your lawful rights and interests, you may contact customer service.

6. Our Responses to Your Requests

To protect security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We may ask you to complete identity verification before processing your request.

7. Account Closure

We will retain your account data for 180 days. If you no longer wish to use our products, you may submit an account-closure request via "Me → Settings → Account Closure."

1. Applicable Age Thresholds

  • EU/EEA: You may use the Services only if you are at least 16 years old. We do not provide the Services to individuals under 16, nor do we knowingly collect their personal information.
  • Other Countries/Regions: The minimum age to use the Services is 13. We do not provide the Services to individuals under 13, nor do we knowingly collect their personal information.
  • Higher Local Standards Prevail: If the laws of your location set a higher or stricter minimum age or require parental/guardian consent, that higher/stricter standard applies (e.g., India: under 18; Republic of Korea: under 14; Mainland China: special protections for children under 14).

To comply with legal obligations and protect minors, we may collect date of birth at registration or at necessary stages for age verification. If verification shows you do not meet the applicable age requirement, we will refuse registration or restrict/suspend the Services. If re-checks are triggered due to network location, relocation, or inconsistent information, we may ask you to provide additional information via customer support; until verification is complete, we may limit or pause relevant features.

3. Processing and Protection of Minors' Data

Without providing the Services to "Children" (EU/EEA: under 16; non-EU: under 13; Mainland China: under 14), for minors who meet the minimum use age but are under 18 (e.g., EU/EEA: 16–17; non-EU: 13–17; Mainland China: 14–17), we will:

  1. Data Minimization and Purpose Limitation: Process personal information only to the extent necessary to provide/maintain the Services, apply reasonable retention periods, and implement security safeguards.
  2. Profiling and Tracking Limits: Do not conduct profile-based targeted advertising for minors, and by default restrict/disable unnecessary cross-site tracking and precise location (stricter limits apply in EU/UK and similar jurisdictions).
  3. Parental/Guardian Consent (where required by local law): Where "consent" is the lawful basis and guardian consent is required, we will process only after obtaining and verifying such consent; without consent, we will not process.
  4. Rights and Remedies: Guardians may exercise rights (access, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent) via the published channels; upon verifying that an account belongs to a child below the minimum age, we will disable the account and delete the information.

5. Contact Us

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a minor who does not meet the applicable age threshold has provided personal information to us or used the Services, please contact us at buildmost03@yekalon.com. Upon verification, we will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disable the account, delete the related personal information, and provide feedback within the statutory period.

Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China (PRC) is stored within China.
